MEET SAM LEICHT

Hey y’all! My name is Sam Leicht (like lightning️), and I’ve been a health coach and actor in NYC for 7 years.

I used to hate fitness. Growing up in Wisconsin, exercise and being gay did not mix. That’s why I created Pridefit.

Whether you’ve been exercising all your life or it’s the first time you’ve picked up a dumbbell, everyone deserves to feel safe, confident, and fulfilled with their fitness.

I’m so proud and grateful for this community that makes me excited to go to work and be healthy every single day.

Pridefit Gym is geared toward intermediate athletes with access to a gym. Gym provides strength & cardio workouts each week with two rest days dedicated to habit training.


Pridefit Build is a combination of workouts and nutrition training specifically designed to sustainably add muscle mass. Build is for advanced athletes and focuses more on strength & hypertrophy than HIIT.

Our process helps you build muscle and achieve your health goals with built-in consistency measures: We’re going to check in with you on live calls, you’re going to be surrounded by a motivating community that makes it easy to stick to the program, and you’ll have so many new workouts and recipes at your fingertips that you never get bored of the process.

The biggest problem with fitness programs is that they’re hard to commit to long term. And without long term commitment and consistency, results don’t happen.

We’re here to help you enjoy exercise, and teach you how to reach your goals to put on muscle or lose weight in a sustainable way.

Pridefit Home provides a complete fitness program that makes you sweat without leaving your home. Pridefit home is geared toward beginner to intermediate athletes and only requires one set of dumbbells.
